This is the picker Y-axis position that puts a plate held on the picker against
the edge of the shutter seal so that the shutter can be closed with the plate
hanging through the seal for the final stage of slip sheet removal.

In the firmware this value is a relative move (or a jog) but the move prior
to this (see cassette_clear_y ) positions the picker on the rear most edge
of the bay tab, so the distance shutter_contact_y is the distance moved
forward from the bay tab rear edge to the shutter seal.
